Outdoor Arts Portugal is an interdisciplinary platform, promoted by Bússola, aimed at Portuguese creative and production agents in the fields of arts in public space and contemporary circus arts, which aims to improve conditions for the development of contemporary artistic creation in these fields, focusing on a mission of promoting and disseminating the most recent languages, innovative dramaturgy and international sectoral communication. With a thematic focus on diversity and inclusion, in 2022 Outdoor Arts Portugal promotes thinking and good practices in these fields.

The event DIVE#2 – Diverse Body/ies of Circostrada Network, will take place in Portugal in parallel with the festival LEME, through a national partnership of Bússola with 23 Milhas/Municipality of Ílhavo and Acesso Cultura. In this context, Outdoor Arts Portugal promotes a showcase of emerging Portuguese creators with artistic proposals for the public space aligned with good practices of diversity and inclusion in the methodology of the creative process and/or in the theme of the artistic proposal.

In this context, the call for proposals is open until July 17th, which will select 2 artistic projects designed for the public space, valuing the dimensions of diversity and inclusion, for presentation within the scope of DIVE#2 – Diverse Body/ies and the LEME festival, in Ílhavo, for a mixed audience: the general public and a delegation of professionals (national and international).
