Team Braga has a unique way of experiencing the city! The discipline, professionalism, and technical mastery that the practice of parkour requires, go hand in hand with the sensation of freedom and constant overcoming. A Parkour team created in 2010 by a group of practitioners from the city of Braga. It became a national reference inside and outside the parkour community, through its strong component of creating and sharing content on the internet. In a more professional and artistic vision, Team Braga has been developing shows on a premise that combines the visual dynamics of mortals and the overcoming of obstacles, with the fluidity of the movements of the body itself.
